Indore. Old Delhi is known for its spicy and lip smacking delicacies. Like the previous year, once again, Radisson Blu Hotel Indore, brings Delhi’s authentic delicacies in Indore with its food festival ‘Delhi Zaika Returns’. This food festival is organized to celebrate and reconnect the success of ‘Delhi Zaika 2018’. The food festival is organized from 27th March to 17th April 2019.   

Dahi bhalle, lassi, different variety of paratha from paratha wali gali, aloo chat, variety of kababs etc. strikes your mind hearing the name ‘Delhi Zaika’. Radisson Blu Hotel Indore will provide authentic food from old Delhi area comprising of the Jama masjid, red fort area and Chandni Chowk.  Ustad Akram Qureshi from old Delhi is specially coming for this food festival.

The exclusive menu of the food festival is curated by him to bring the charm of old Delhi on the plate and is based on the skill set of the culinary team to ensure authenticity and quality of the food. As you will enter in the hotel the ambience and décor will give a feel of 1990’s old Delhi. The guests will experience food from old Delhi with a 5-star hotel hygiene and standard.  

Executive Chef Mukul, Radisson Blu Hotel Indore said “last year we organized ‘Delhi Zaika Food Festival’ which was a big hit and was really liked by our guests. So to recreate its feel, we bring authentic dishes from old Delhi for the food lovers of Indore. We are all set and very excited for this food festival.”  

He further added “the guests will be served with the exclusive menu of the food festival which is specially curated by Ustad Akram Qureshi from old Delhi. Special spices of Delhi will be used in the dishes. This menu is designed keeping in mind the taste of the people in Indore, which will be liked by them.”

Over more than 100 types veg & non-veg dishes from old Delhi- including the famous Rajkachori, Haleem  mutton nihari, ,chicken dum biryani, Zyakedar bhindi masala, kalongi wale baigan, mirch paneer sam shabera, etc will be available at the food festival. Guests can also enjoy delicacies like Purani delhi ki chaat ,Natraj dahi bhalla,  sigri kebabs ,lotan chole kulche, paranthe, chandni chowk ki jelebi ,kadhai milk and kulfi faluda.
